These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern entry into the Stratum Skin Survey Prize Draw ("Draw"). By entering the Draw you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before entering.
The Draw is conducted by Stratum Skin ("Promoter"), operating at stratumskin.app, contactable at hello@stratumskin.app.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry ("Eligible Entrants"). The following persons are not eligible to enter:
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter.
To enter the Draw, an Eligible Entrant must:
Submission of a valid email address constitutes one entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same email address will be disqualified. Anonymous survey completions do not constitute entries in the Draw.
An Eligible Entrant may earn one additional Draw entry for each friend they refer who subsequently completes the survey in full and enters the Draw using the Eligible Entrant's unique referral link. There is no limit to the number of additional referral entries an Eligible Entrant may earn, provided each referred person is an Eligible Entrant and completes the survey independently.
Referral entries are verified by the unique referral code captured at survey submission. The Promoter's determination of valid referral entries is final.
The Draw opens on 5 April 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM Australian Central Standard Time (ACST) on 30 April 2026 ("Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be included in the Draw.
Prize 1: One (1) Visa gift card to the value of AUD $50
Prize 2: One (1) Visa gift card to the value of AUD $50
Total prize pool value: AUD $100
The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. The draw will be conducted on or around 7 May 2026 by the Promoter or a nominated representative.
The draw is conducted electronically using a random selection process applied to the list of valid entries in the Promoter's records.
Winners will be notified by email to the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the draw date. If a winner does not respond to the notification within ten (10) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw and award the prize to an alternate winner.
Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and age before a prize is awarded.
The Promoter may publish the first name and state of residence of winners on its website or social media channels. By entering, Eligible Entrants consent to such publication. No other identifying information will be published.
Personal information collected in connection with this Draw is handled in accordance with the Stratum Skin Privacy Policy. By entering the Draw, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these Terms. This includes entries generated by automated means or entries that manipulate the referral system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Draw or acceptance of a prize. This includes but is not limited to any technical failure, error, or omission in connection with the Draw.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw at any time due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any changes will be notified at stratumskin.app/terms.
